Welcome to our Adult Class for anyone aged 18+. Whether you are an ex-gymnast or a complete beginner, this class will help you to improve your gymnastic skills and general fitness. This pay-as-you-go session allows you to come and train using all of our equipment on a quiet evening, without the commitment of paying in advance.
